In the event of a claim report our staff assemble all the documentation and information the claimant or insurance company needs for Settlement.
Scope of services
Based on the provided documentation, the claim is checked against the terms + conditions of the policy and prepared for the insurer for settlement. For companies with high deductible we also handle the complete claims processing for the insured part.
After approval of settlement we handle the payment of the loss to the insured party against signature of a letter of subrogation. After completion of settlement claims are forwarded to our legal department for review and recovery.
