CARGO CLAIMS HANDLER (W/M/D)

YOUR TASKS

➢ Qualification and handling of damage to goods and transport damage

➢ Coordination of the deployment of experts worldwide

➢ Preparation of complex claims issues

➢ Conducting claims negotiations

➢ Preparing the corresponding expert reports in German and English

➢ Maintaining and expanding our international customer relationships

YOUR PROFILE

➢ Successfully completed nautical engineering, industrial engineering or business studies and/or commercial training in the field of transport/logistics.

➢ Good to very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken

➢ Experience both in the areas of loading supervision, warehouse and risk assessment and/or damage prevention as well as in the identification and handling of transport damage is welcome

➢ Above average commitment

YOUR TASKS

➢ Classical secretarial tasks, especially telephone service and general typing

➢ Processing and archiving of files

➢ General administrative tasks

➢ Updating master data

➢ Preparation and follow-up of business trips and meetings

➢ Assisting in the planning of company events

IT-SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (f/m/d)

For the planning, remote maintenance and on-site support of our IT-supported systems, we are looking for a full-time employee (f/m/d) at the earliest possible date.

 

YOUR TASKS

➢ Competent supervision and support of colleagues in all IT-relevant topics concerning hardware, software and network technology.
➢ Solving IT problems by telephone and on-site support
➢ Installation and configuration of hardware and software components
➢ Preparation of technical documentation, instructions and solution descriptions as well as documentation of faults in our internal ticket system.

YOUR PROFILE

➢ Successfully completed education as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable professional background.
➢ Good to very good knowledge in:
Microsoft Windows server operating systems 2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019.
Microsoft Windows client operating systems: Win 10
Microsoft Active Directory, user administration, GPOs
➢ Good knowledge in the setup and administration of printers
➢ First experiences in 1st & 2nd level helpdesk
➢ Basic knowledge of:
VMware VSphere, Hyper-V
Network (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Scripting (Powershell) for login and GPO scripts
➢ Excellent ability to work in a team
➢ Basic knowledge in the areas of storage systems and backup (VEEAM) is desirable, but not a requirement.
➢ Initial experience in the administration and use of Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange, Sharepoint, Intune, Teams) is also helpful.
